Spectral analysis

• We perform optical-emission spectral analysis on a Q4 Tasman spectrometer
• A sample of (10x10) mm is sufficient to determine the composition
• Our equipment undergoes professional calibration and adjustment every year to ensure accurate measurement results.
• We can determine the elemental content for aluminium, copper and its alloys (brasses, bronzes), zinc, steel (tool, stainless, carbon, etc.).
• We compare the results with the requirements of the relevant standards, certificates 3.1

What is the output:

Accredited testing laboratory report with photo documentation and evaluation.

Why test:

To find out if the material or product has the required chemical composition, or how far the composition varies and whether it is still "within the norm". If you are not sure what material the sample you provide is made of, we will make a comparison with the extensive material database we have available immediately after the test.

In the case of products used in contact with food (e.g. stainless steel utensils, flasks, etc.) or drinking water (e.g. taps), we will determine their suitability by comparing them with the relevant ordinances.
